Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cut the spaghetti squash in half and scoop out the seeds.
Drizzle with some olive oil and sprinkle with some salt and pepper.
Place the two halves cut side down on a baking sheet and cook for 45 to 50 minutes until the squash is tender.
While the squash cooks you can make the Easy Homemade Marinara in 20 minutes. Once the marinara sauce is done, set it aside.
Heat a medium sized skillet over medium heat. Once it’s warm, add the turkey sausage and break it apart with a spatula. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, until there is no more pink.
Add the marinara sauce and continue cooking until it’s hot. Turn off the heat and set aside.
Once the squash is done, use a fork to scrape the squash, creating the “spaghetti”.
Top with the marinara and turkey sausage mixture, sprinkle with parmesan cheese, and cook in the oven for 5 to 10 more minutes, until the cheese is melted. Top with some parsley and serve.
