Rosemary & Mint Lemonade Mocktail

This Rosemary & Mint Lemonade Mocktail has a resinous and pine taste that is
very gin-like, making it a great gin mocktail.
Servings 1
Prep Time 5 mins

  • 5 mint leaves
  • 1/2 a rosemary sprig
  • 1/2 inch thick lemon slice
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest Sugar with Cardamom*
  • 1 ounce lemon juice
  • 1 ounce Orange Shrub with Cardamom and Thyme*
  • Club soda to top or to taste I used Fever-Tree Club Soda

  • Place some ice in a rocks glass or similar sized glass.
  • In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint leaves, rosemary sprig, lemon slice, and sugar together until the mint is very aromatic and slightly bruised looking and the sugar is mostly dissolved.
  • Add the lemon juice and shrub and top with ice.
  • Shake well, until the shaker is very cold and is sweating.
  • Strain into the prepared glass and top with soda water. You can garnish with a lemon wedge or slice, mint leaves, rosemary, and edible flowers if desired.
