
Sorry I’ve been AWOL for the past few weeks. I’ve been stressing about updating my resume and searching for jobs. I haven’t had to do this in a long time and it was not pleasant. It also made the transition from post-master’s-graduation euphoria to frantic “I’m in the real world now” panic very abrupt and disjointed.
I’m hoping that I can get myself back on a regular schedule because that’s what I need to stay grounded and healthy. As far as health and diet goes, I am on a completely “regular” diet now. I’m eating grains, gluten, lactose, sugar, and soy and doing great. I still make a lot of SCD legal and paleo-inspired food though so this blog will now have a little of everything. I’ll make sure to indicate what kind of diet the recipe can fall under and provide easy substitutions if possible.
